Partner & Group Training Sessions

Similar to One-to-One sessions but shared between two or more of you, training with a workout partner or within a group adds another dimension to your training... plus saving you money at the same time!

 We will still work to your own individual goals but use team work and support to drive each other to the next level together with the expertise of your personal trainer. Whether it gives you that additional motivation or competition to push that little bit harder- or you prefer the more social approach to training- partner or group sessions are the thing for you.
