Goal orientated training
Using a variety of training methods from dumbbells to fitness/stability balls, boxing- style pad work to suspension training using TRX, kettlebells to rowing on a Concept 2 Rowing machine...or simply going for a run, I can help you train for your big sporting event, prepare you for your snowboarding holiday, lose weight, maintain fitness or recover from injury. From my own competitive sporting achievements and my experience training others I can motivate you to achieve your personal targets whatever they may be.
Short term sessions
Difficult to know whether you are getting your current exercise regime correct? Finding it hard to carry out certain exercises with correct technique? I am happy to offer one-off or shorter term sessions so we can work through any difficulties together to enable you to continue on your own.
The Optimum 'Lite' package offers a more condensed and speedy workout...saving you pounds also.
